JKL Screens is a digital-signage service for hospitality venues. This page summarises what we collect, why, and how we protect it. It is a working draft; a lawyer will review the final wording before the service leaves early access.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, business name.
• Content you upload for playback (images, videos, adverts).
• Screen telemetry: online status, last-seen time, playback events, app version.
• Billing metadata handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

Where it lives

Customer data is hosted in the European Union. Media files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed URLs to your paired players.

Your rights

You can export your data or request full deletion of your organisation from the Settings page. Deletion permanently removes all uploaded media, playlists, schedules and playback history for your account.
