By using JKL Screens you agree to the terms outlined here. This is a working draft; a lawyer will review the final wording before the service leaves early access.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for any content you upload, and for making sure you have the rights to display that content on your screens.

Billing

Subscriptions are charged per active screen via Stripe. During early access, JKL Screens operates in Stripe test mode — you will be notified before any live charge is taken. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use JKL Screens to display illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that misleads consumers about pricing or licensing.

Service reliability

We aim for high uptime but do not offer a formal SLA during early access. Downloaded content continues playing when your venue loses internet connectivity.
